Maintenance Crew: On every Friday, pool (weekly) and lawn maintenance (bi-weekly or weekly) will be arriving to do the weekly maintenance. Parking: The driveway provides parking for up to 4 cars. Street parking allowed for free. Parties & Events: At this time, no parties or events are allowed. Noise: The home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying after 11 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Smart TV: Smart TVs are provided in many rooms. Log into your favorite TV app to watch Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu, etc. Cleaning: After every visit, the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized by our cleaning partners for the next Floridian vacation experience. Damage Fees: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. If a smoke odor is detected indoors upon checkout, a $500 fine will be charged to the guest through Airbnb's resolution center. Any broken or damaged furnishings will be charged to the guest through Airbnb's resolution center if found to be a delinquent act.
