Where to begin? I was passing through and made a reservation for one night. I checked in late at night and there were guests with small children just hanging out outside their room. I found this odd because it was nearly midnight. I checked in and their were also several guests kind of roaming around the place. As I walked to my room I noticed that the common areas of the hotel were dirty and looked fairly run down. I could hear plenty of guests were still active inside their rooms also. Opened my room and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Flipped on the room lights and bathroom lights and saw a roach climbing up the wall. Everything in the room needed renovation. Looked old and well used. The bed was not comfortable and very firm. I would not stay there again.

The hotel room was better than we expected, but the phone in the room was not working. The desk staff informed us about that when we checked in.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke. And in the new roo. The sheets eere dirts The pipe in the vathroom when used made a creaking sound for afout 30 min after beung shut off.

I was disappointed when I entered the room; it smelled musty, there was no ventilation, and drawer handles were rusted. However, there were enough utilities such as an oven, mini-refrigerator, and a drier in the bathroom. I recommend checking the room's condition before taking it otherwise request to change the room.

Everything was perfectly fine the only problem is that you cannot check in until 4:00 and we did not know that and we showed up at 3:00 and we have to sit here for an hour

They only service rooms on Wednesdays. So u got go front n get towels n stuff. My room wasn’t clean really someone left a dirty rag n the shower. Also the room smelled closed in. N the bed was horrible all dented in.
