Red Roof Plus+ West Palm Beach

Had a booking incident that required some added stress, however it worked out. The front desk clerk assisted happily doing what was possible. The property accepts pets, no charge. There are guests coming and going all hours and appears to be long term locals. Overall, budget and pet friendly, hot coffee in the lobby with vending. My room and bed were clean, and that's what was needed for a night.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Horrible, dirty, disgusting place. Roaches! Hair everywhere.! Not cleaned! Bad smell coming from rugs and humidity in roof. Ac dirty.

Infested with bed bugs. Had to leave the next morning due to the infestation. A full refund was requested.

Avoid at all cost, not safe. Left a night earlier, could not tolerate staying there. Got there and people drinking in the parking lot, smell of **** in lobby. Carpets are nasty, place has not seen a vacuum in years, celling tiles falling apart, room floors sticky and rusted shower. Again! Avoid!

Dirty, rooms and hallways smelled horrible bed was uncomfortable, had lumps and sagged. I would like a total refund!!! So disappointing
