88 Palms Hotel & Event Center

Entry doors not working. Only 1 way into facility. Staff not very friendly. No breakfast of any kind, not even coffee.

Great location for spring training. Stayed there twice within a two week period and the second room was quite a bit nicer than the first. People working there are very friendly.

The problem when a chain like this, Ramada, goes independent, 88 Palms, is you lose the industry standards. They start cutting corners and delaying maintenance. The elevators bounced. Felt unsafe. Room was fine, but weak shower, old toilet, TV wasn’t HD, lobby had lots of wasted space.  No continental breakfast, not even coffee.  Needs some work and attention to detail.

The hotel is not clean 😷😷

This hotel was very nice. I really liked the location of it, and the cleanliness. The desk agent service was decent, I complimented her hair and she dryly said thank you but proceeded to tell my man that was he was a "pretty boy." Even though I was the one that booked and paid for everything the agent pretty much gave me less attention than she did my man. For this hotel to have a $100 deposit charge, they should have breakfast.

I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. The hotel facilities, such as the outdoor pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing retreat for leisure activities. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu to suit every palate. The convenient location near the airport and local attractions made it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Overall, my experience at Ramada by Wyndham West Palm Beach Airport was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service.
