Very friendly front desk and cafe people. You can tell they like their job.
I was in the pet section which seemed older which is fine. I had 2 dogs so I expected it. Was a long walk to get towels but I expected it. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfy but the pillows were cheap but a lot of them. The only part that did affect my stay were how dirty the floors were. I clean them a bit before I went to bed

After checking out our actual room and finding dirty mattress covers, really dirty curtains and dirty chair we immediately went out and found a better place to stay. I would like a refund on this room as we did not stay a single night

it is a very convenient location. parking was good, but might need to be re-designed somehow as there are narrow areas for a car to move in.

Nice room with thoughtful and stylish decorating touches, although when I entered there was definitely a damp, musty odor like in a wet basement. Exterior of hotel not much to look at. There was someone in the room above me, all day walking around, tapping, some pounding - a maintenance person I guess. That was kind of annoying.
Great location, in walkable distance to downtown. Very good price.

TV didn’t work nor the phone charger and had to be moved to a second room. My room was in a separate building without an elevator and I had to walk in a down pouring rain storm

The lady attending the breakfast bar was way too busy with personal stuff to even have coffee available. At one point, she said “you can go out to the lobby, as I’m sure they have some there.”It can’t be too difficult, as it’s self serve with everything pre-packaged. We were only asking for coffee to be perked. I think she was busy studying a book and making notes
