Lots going on. Lots of homeless, traffic, noise... And no hot water. Even the lukewarm level it would reach would spit cold here and there. PRking is horrible as well.

This place is filthy (bedbug in one room and bloody something on the walls of the "clean" room, among other issues) and the wifi is not functional. If I knew how to load the photos onto this review I would.
Management - do yourself a favor and deep clean the rooms, floor to ceiling. Get your wi-fi fixed. Buy new bedding.

I stayed a few nights at this place it was pretty good occasionally some people would be a bit noisy but for the most part it was safe quiet to a degree. And lots of places to shop in the West Sacramento area

Hotel staff is prompt and professional. Hotel is kept up and quit at night. Decor is dated but overall great price and best Hotel to stay at in area.

It’s not worth the money you save. Check in was a nightmare. The staff act like they’re annoyed you want to stay there.
The sheets weren’t clean and the entire place seemed run down and unsafe.

Staff was friendly, area is ok, but the room could have been cleaned a little better, the baseboards were dirty and i had to clean off food stains on the outside of the microwave.

I frequently stay here because the owners and staff are consistently friendly, caring and genuinely giving. They always give me a great deal on an excellent room and I really couldn't be happier with the place, people and price! 5 Stars!!!
