Staff and location are great, late breakfast hours and dog friendly are hugely positive perks. The room itself was in rough shape, holes in the wall and a very musty / damp smell was a big turnoff.

The location was great - right off the 219, very close to grocery stores, restaurants and neighborhoods. I appreciated the hot breakfast and 24 hour coffee service. The room itself was pretty standard; however, it was cold, difficult to heat up and lacked an extra blanket. The hotel was quite dirty, such as dried chunks of dirt in the ice machine room, unvacuumed common hallways and elevators. I found the staff to be friendly and generally helpful, including the night shift front desk person offering to bake a batch of cookies!

We had a spectacular time, the towels were brought in to the pool when we were in the pool. When we took the card to get into pur room, it wouldn't let us, so I took it down. One lady swiped the card and from then on it worked.. and we did see two deer right outside our hotel ❤️ A++++
