We decided to stay an extra day! Very clean quiet and the breakfast rocks

The bathroom door wouldn’t close (a problem for privacy). The floors were dirty (dead bugs along floor trim). Walls were cracked and patched with mismatched paint. None of the machines in the gym were working. The parking lot was covered in ice making it very dangerous to walk on.

Room furniture- chair had multiple rips in the fabric. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The breakfast was sub par.

Wanted to go swimming but the heater was out of service. So it was closed down for the winter.

Booked the room solely for our kids to swim in the pool.Upon calling to check pool hours the receptionist informed us the pool was closed for the season (indoor pool).We asked for a refund and they initially said no but after talking to the manager they agreed to..I called a few days later to check on the status of the refund and she said it was processing..when I called back a week and a half later to see what was going on with it the receptionist said she’d have to talk to her manager because she wasn’t sure if they would be able to refund..So I feel like they lied about it..not to mention they didn’t have it listed that the pool was closed.Bad business.Still no refund

The lobby had so much air freshener it was hard to breathe. The heater in the room hadn’t been turned on all year and it blew smoke and dust all over the room, the bathroom had not been cleaned or mopped in weeks. They served rotten apples, and rotten cream cheese and really bad powdered eggs, stale English muffins, and rock hard biscuits. The waffle maker was broken, the toaster was broken. The pool was closed for the winter, even though it is indoors.

The room was comfortable, the bedspread was a little dirty.The chair was also a bit dirty.

The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it and we had a non-smoking room. The breakfast was probably one of the worst I’ve had ever. The eggs were grainy and the bread was stale. The keycards kept getting demagnetized so I had to go down to the front to get them fixed on multiple occasions. However the staff was nice, the place was quiet.
