This is second time myself and friend have stayed here.its excellent quality for money. Top rooms over look lovly field.rooms clean comfortable tea coffee etc will definitely stay again and if course the pub is great with sitting out areas

We really enjoyed our stay at the White Horse. The staff were so helpful and the full English breakfast kept us going all day! I loved our room with the french windows opening on to a little lawn.

Booked through **********, nothing on web site to say restaurant closed, no hot breakfast and bar closed at 9pm. Fairly shambolic

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and in a nice location close enough to town but not actually IN town. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was really good. The only downside was the shower which was very weak.

Booked in to have Sunday lunch and to stay the night. Lunch was fine, but went out in the afternoon and came back at 21.20 expecting to have a couple of drinks only to find the bar closed.
Tried to book breakfast for Monday morning and was told that they do not do breakfast on Mondays, despite the fact that the sign in the car park clearly says Bed and Breakfast and it was also stated as being available on ********** website.
Room was adequate. Bottled water provided but no drinking glasses. Tea and coffee with cups but no saucers

This is a lovely small very old pub with separate adjacent accommodation. We had a 1st floor room which was a good size, with a standard size double bed, beautiful views over fields of wheat. We had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were very helpful and friendly, there is a large beer garden and separate small restaurant. It’s in open countryside so not close to other facilities however we were looking for somewhere quiet so this suited us perfectly, a bonus is that the checkout time is 11am, so no need to get up early. Tea/coffee provided, plus shampoo & hair dryer.
