Reviews of Brandin' Iron Inn

The Eastern European receptionist could use some customer service training. I was friendly, but when I mentioned I thought I’d paid through the app, she snapped (the app still needed my card info, but she overreacted). She also asked me not to tap or swipe my card without explaining why, and seemed nervous when I photographed the document I had to sign. The morning staff at checkout was much friendlier. Breakfast was just okay; eggs were soggy and the kielbasa was too sweet for my taste. The location is great, right on the edge of Yellowstone, which explains the higher price.

A typical motel with a good location. Don't expect too much when traveling.

黃石公園西門外，停車免費。但MOTEL酒店二樓需要自己提着行李上樓梯非常不方便。早餐簡陋，品種非常少。房間小，衞生間燈和排風扇聯動，噪音非常非常大。被子薄的像床單。
