We arrived early evening and immediately the valet parking attendant was at our door, handing us a ticket stub he says: Don't worry, take all the time you need to get your things ready and i'll take the car when you're ready”. That immediately relaxed us and the rest was a breeze. ”We have complimentary re-entry service so you can leave and return s much times as you desire”. Parking is $37, but as we were using points it was the only charge and worth it for us. Check in was quick and courteous. Elevators were quick and quiet whisked us up to our floor. Lighting in room can be a bit brighter we thought, but otherwise we managed. Beds were extremely soft and comfortable, with large feather like pillows - the kind you sink into. Bathroom is a room for itself, wit ha separate shower, toilet and bath area with a double vanity- two sinks. Plenty of storage space and all in all a true 4-5 stars. The rooms are very quiet as well. Only issue i would pass on to management is this: The main lobby should no be the gathering place for any type of socializing/eating. there are plenty of rooms in this very large building for that to be out of the way. Guests checking in would rather appreciate the relaxed and private walk to the elevators.

The hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.

This hotel refused to offer the rate I booked online. Refused to believe that I work for the government. Spent 15 minutes in the back leaving me at the counter only to tell me they would not honour my rate. I'm a silver member. I've never had this issue before. I used the computer to book myself in at a hotel 20 minutes away only to have Joel then say he'd honour my rate plus give 2000 points??!! Why the change of heart?? I have never, ever been treated so poorly at a hotel. The lobby was crowded and it was humiliating. My loyalty to the Marriott brand is gone.

An awesome place. I had to call for extra pillows and they were delivered right away! The breakfast was great and the room quiet and clean. We had to travel for a funeral and the staff, especially a tall guy who worked at late afternoon on Aug 21 made sure we had everything we needed and listened to our concerns, which weren't many but truly listened and took action. I didn't know his name, but he was wonderful, a real asset to your company!

Came to Sonesta to rest the night after having a terrible day and my day immediately became better off of two interactions with the staff. Danaya and a bartender who I saw from 6-7pm. I was on line ready to check in with a down look on my face since I wasn’t able to return home after working a double at the hospital. As I go up to check in I’m greeted with this amazing energy, positive attitude, vibe and aura that can immediately make you smile after just a couple of sentences. This person is Danaya. She made my day so much better after just a small conversation. I did come back down later to drop my girlfriend off to her car and again me and her both were greeted with the same energy that I had received a couple of hours earlier. I do believe that every job and every place deserves someone like Danaya! The amount of joy I received after checking in truly made my night so much better and I wish her all the best! I wish I had asked for the bartender’s name who made me a Caribbean rum punch! I sat down after speaking with Danaya who told me about happy hour, and ask the bartender for his favorite drink since I had just turned 21 a week/ 2 weeks ago. He immediately went to work on the first drink I’ve had out of the many I’ve had in this short time that I enjoyed. I’m not big on Alcohol since I’m just now exploring it but the one he had made for me was amazing. With his cheerful attitude and quickness of the drink I was definitely grateful for him being there! Wish him all the best also! The room was amazing and something not many people realize is how important it is to have such good water while showering. I feel like it’s always overlooked but my shower was fantastic here. The king sized bed I had was like sleeping and a cloud and the channels they had were great to watch. Tv was amazing and everything was clean. The window has an amazing view! This hotel is amazing. From the rooms, to the guest and to the staff that do their best to provide nothing but the best service you can receive. Any hotel can offer a bed to sleep on and a happy hour but none do it better than Sonesta! Thank you to all who work there and I wish you the best in life. And another personal thanks to Danaya, the bartender who served me, and to whoever cleaned my room before and after my stay! I wish nothing but great things for you guys! I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient, easy access to highway and the train goes to Manhattan directly. I used the train to travel Manhattan, it was a easy access to the time square. The room is clean, I was very impressed seeing the staff sanitizing heavy traffic areas. The staff is friendly and when I was there, one of the elevators was broken, but the staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. Before I left, the elevator is repaired. This is quiet impressive of the service. It seems customer service is priority in this particular hotel.

I first stayed at this property almost two years ago and it had just been acquired by Hilton. Currently getting there but still has some things to work out. ' Good: - convenient location, right off the Saw Mill, abundant parking - good quality breakfast, albeit a bit short staffed. For those complaining about prices, its cheaper than the local alternatives - this is Westchester County, not Buffalo - function room space was nice - was able to check in via mobile app and use my phone as a room key - and it worked EVERY SINGLE time, rare these days. I've had other properties where I've given up and gone back to the front desk to get a key card. Things to improve: -Wifi was spotty. While connection never dropped, streaming was problematic at best - the final morning I was not given the option to check out via mobile app nor sent an email to check out electronically. Furthermore, when I tried to check out at the front desk I was told I could not do so until I had eaten breakfast and entered the charge into the system. *** ? You've got my card on file for incidentals , I've never had this problem in any other hotel. Luckily it was not busy. If there had been a line, I would have just walked out and called later. Don't know if its a training issue ( the clerk did not seem knowledgable ) or a systems issue.

On Tuesday, June 7, 2022, my 83-year old mother (who uses a walker), 2 sisters and I traveled 110+ miles by car to attend my uncle's funeral. We stayed at this location 1 night in an accessible room. I was unable to drop my mother off at the entrance of the hotel due to repairs being made to the front of the hotel (they were repaving the front entry driveway). We needed a luggage cart to carry our belongings inside the hotel; one cart was in use, and the staff was unable to locate another cart. While checking in, a heavyset man behind the front desk explained that there would be a $100 hold placed on the credit card used online to pay for the stay in case we ordered something from the lobby convenience store or other. I asked ”other” like what? He said if something is wrong in the room after we checkout. I explained to him that my mom, sisters and I (we're all OVER 50 years old) are here to attend her brother's funeral the next day. I assured him that we had no intentions to do anything wrong to the room. He said after we checkout, the $100 hold would be released on the credit card within 3-5 days. As of this writing, it's been 1 day since checkout and the $100 hold is still on the credit card. We paid for our stay online in advance, and nowhere during that process were we advised that there would be a $100 hold place on the credit card. If the $100 hold is standard policy at Hampton Inn & Suites, this policy should CLEARLY be stated while making online reservations. Had we been advised of this $100 hold in advance, we certainly would NOT have made a reservation at this location. I hated that we had an additional unexpected expense at this location during our bereavement. As a repeat customer, I expected better from Hampton Inn & Suites. I'm very disappointed.

Past reviews had feedback about construction. It’s over, and the place is engineered for a relaxing place if you are visiting Rye for biz or family/pleasure. Rooms are clean and I loved that they had housekeeping done each day before 10:00 am. We are here to celebrate a new grandbaby and have made this our “nest”. The cafe is excellent (I assumed nasty motel breakfast and got a delish Gruyère burrito.). Decent wine and excellent little convo spaces with TVs ( Succession!) where we felt like this is a home away from home. The staff are aware this is a turnaround and anxious to please in the best way. Lovely people. Once the night nurse is done, and the guest room is open, we may not need to Courtyard but as our family grows in Rye I’m so happy to know this is an option! Good job, people who work here 👍

When my wife and I arrived to check in there were 10 people in front of us at the front desk. There were three very busy front staff helping guests. Tasia, who helped us check in, was amazing! She answered questions, was very efficient, polite, and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The grounds were well maintained and inviting. Breakfast was outstanding. There was a great selection on the buffets, a chef making waffles and omelets MTO and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They were quick to refill our coffee too!

I have stayed about 7 nights at this hotel, during 2 trips. I would like to compliment Jae-mone at the front desk for her help and kindness during my 2nd stay. The hotel is conveniently located near people I needed to visit. It is clean and most of the staff was helpful. However, the breakfasts were not replenished enough during the times there should have been food and what was available in the last half hour was nowhere near what was available early on. During my first trip I had no issues with the room but during the second trip there were, and although I requested help they were not fixed. People should be aware that this hotel is in a commercial area, there is no place to walk to if you need a pharmacy or a meal, except a brewery which looked great and featured food trucks. I felt perfectly safe there and will definitely return there.

Rooms are clean and I loved that they had housekeeping done each day before 10:00 am. We are here to celebrate a new grandbaby and have made this our “nest”. The cafe is excellent (I assumed nasty motel breakfast and got a delish Gruyère burrito.). Decent wine and excellent little convo spaces with TVs ( Succession!) where we felt like this is a home away from home. The staff are aware this is a turnaround and anxious to please in the best way. Lovely people. Once the night nurse is done, and the guest room is open, we may not need to Courtyard but as our family grows in Rye I’m so happy to know this is an option! Good job, people who work here 👍

Housekeeping personnel were extremely kind and hospitable which made our stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing. We arrived early evening and immediately the valet parking attendant was at our door, handing us a ticket stub he says: Don't worry, take all the time you need to get your things ready and i'll take the car when you're ready”. That immediately relaxed us and the rest was a breeze. ”We have complimentary re-entry service so you can leave and return s much times as you desire”. Parking is $37, but as we were using points it was the only charge and worth it for us. Check in was quick and courteous. Elevators were quick and quiet whisked us up to our floor. Lighting in room can be a bit brighter we thought, but otherwise we managed. Beds were extremely soft and comfortable, with large feather like pillows - the kind you sink into. Bathroom is a room for itself, wit ha separate shower, toilet and bath area with a double vanity- two sinks. Plenty of storage space and all in all a true 4-5 stars. The rooms are very quiet as well. Only issue i would pass on to management is this: The main lobby should no be the gathering place for any type of socializing/eating. there are plenty of rooms in this very large building for that to be out of the way. Guests checking in would rather appreciate the relaxed and private walk to the elevators.

Glenia and Genesis helped us coordinate the room block for my wedding group reservations. They were very attentive and knew what they were doing! They provided updated room block PDFs regularly and even took notes on the shuttle service we hired to the bring guests back and forth to the venue. They also helped us coordinate events at the NoMa Social on the 1st floor such as rehearsal dinner and send off breakfast. They also have the option to store your gifts for your guests to give out when they check in. This really is a great hotel for your wedding guests needs! The outdoor seating area is perfect in the summertime! And our guests seemed to enjoy the pool (I personally did not go there). BUT MY BIGGEST RECOMMENDATION is when you book your room, REQUEST A HIGH LEVEL FLOOR! My husband (the groom) ended up on the 2nd floor right above the NoMa and it was beyond loud most of the night!!! Honestly, they shouldn’t even have rooms directly above the NoMa and use those rooms for a different purpose such as storage or a bridal suite. He got this room because he showed up a few days early before we had the suite booked. The suite itself is 2 conjoining rooms and nothing special but does the trick with plenty of space. The hotel itself is very nice, and beautifully updated. Although the exterior is very old and outdated (as most Radissons are), they did a nice job remodeling the inside. Don’t expect something super over the top fancy though, it’s literally enough to suit the purpose. If you’re looking for something high class, go to a hotel in White Plains.

I have stayed about 7 nights at this hotel, during 2 trips. I would like to compliment Jae-mone at the front desk for her help and kindness during my 2nd stay. The hotel is conveniently located near people I needed to visit. It is clean and most of the staff was helpful. However, the breakfasts were not replenished enough during the times there should have been food and what was available in the last half hour was nowhere near what was available early on. During my first trip I had no issues with the room but during the second trip there were, and although I requested help they were not fixed. People should be aware that this hotel is in a commercial area, there is no place to walk to if you need a pharmacy or a meal, except a brewery which looked great and featured food trucks. I felt perfectly safe there and will definitely return there.

I first stayed at this property almost two years ago and it had just been acquired by Hilton. Currently getting there but still has some things to work out. ' Good: - convenient location, right off the Saw Mill, abundant parking - good quality breakfast, albeit a bit short staffed. For those complaining about prices, its cheaper than the local alternatives - this is Westchester County, not Buffalo - function room space was nice - was able to check in via mobile app and use my phone as a room key - and it worked EVERY SINGLE time, rare these days. I've had other properties where I've given up and gone back to the front desk to get a key card. Things to improve: -Wifi was spotty. While connection never dropped, streaming was problematic at best - the final morning I was not given the option to check out via mobile app nor sent an email to check out electronically. Furthermore, when I tried to check out at the front desk I was told I could not do so until I had eaten breakfast and entered the charge into the system. *** ? You've got my card on file for incidentals , I've never had this problem in any other hotel. Luckily it was not busy. If there had been a line, I would have just walked out and called later. Don't know if its a training issue ( the clerk did not seem knowledgable ) or a systems issue.

The hotel is still available in terms of hygiene. I don't know if it is newly opened or refurbished. I stayed in the United States for a month. I basically live in a chain hotel. Some hotels have a taste when they enter the house. This is not, it is still killed when entering the house. A cockroach, then there is no more. The hotel breakfast is relatively close to the hotel. I don’t know why the milk on the first day seems to be the same as the water. The child is no longer willing to eat breakfast. The address navigation on Ctrip will lead to a hospital, about 200-500 meters away from the hospital, and driving for 1 minute. There are more parking lots. The hotel is small, there is a small yard behind, sitting outside in the morning for breakfast, looking at the green grass, still very comfortable.

Hotel seemed more rundown than when I stayed there before the pandemic. Got there late at night (nearly 11 pm) and left early (by 7:30 am). Only interacted with one person at front desk. He did the bare minimum - checked me in & gave me a room key, but did not mention any hotel amenities. My booking was for a king bed but I was assigned a room with 2 double beds - no explanation was offered. After I got to my room, I found there were no vending machines on the 2nd floor. Guests have to go to the front desk pantry. It would have been helpful if I'd known that when I checked in. Also, the parking lot was full; I had to drive to a poorly lit area at the back, park there and then walk around the building in the dark to the front desk. Altogether, it was certainly not a typical Hilton experience!

Stayed in this hotel for one night when traveling through the area. The location is excellent. Close to Norwalk and anything you need in the area. In addition close access to NYC and the rest of CT. The stay was on point for what is expected from a Courtyard. Room was clean and staff was very helpful both at check in and out. The only issues were the pillows weren’t the most comfortable and the room temperature controls seemed to have a sleep mode that kicked in at some point and caused the room temperature to warm more than we like. This may have been room specific and didn’t cause a major issue with our stay. Overall we will absolutely stay here again. We definitely recommend this hotel.
