great facilities and room condition was good as well, overall very well maintained.

I arrived in the US with great expectations and chose a Hyatt. I wasn't expecting the service to be so poor, especially the staff. I lost a pair of shoes worth thousands of dollars and a Dior dress, and they claimed they couldn't find them even though they were hanging in the closet. The staff even took them and wouldn't return them. Never stay at a Hyatt. I booked another Hyatt for another trip to another US city, and the same thing happened again. I dropped the charging cable for my health water bottle and forgot to bring it back. I contacted the hotel to retrieve it, but they said they didn't have it. I clearly remembered where I dropped it, but the staff were so rude that they threw it away. The service is terrible... The staff are so awful... Never stay at a Hyatt!!!

There are not many hotels to choose from in West Lake Village. The Hyatt Regency Hotel is cost-effective and conveniently located. It is within walking distance to the Mall and has supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, manicures, clothing stores and other daily life services. It is considered a good place to have everything. Unfortunately, the WI-FI in the room is so poor that we can't rely on it at all. Cleaning is also very casual. But overall it's okay.

The first stop on Highway 1, absolutely worth it!

I called four or five times and called different people, but they all said that they would call someone to clean the house immediately, but in the end they still didn't do it. Didn't take out the trash. There is no complimentary bottled mineral water in the room. I only went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water, but later I found out that the hotel actually deducted an additional US$3.50 from the deposit for water. Speechless😓
