"The staff were unfriendly and the advertisement was misleading. My daughter put her credit card on file for incidentals and it was charged multiple times. The hotel did reimburse her but it should have never happened. Instead of being apologetic about things, they were unfriendly. I will not stay again."

"The facilities are relatively old but the hygiene is OK, and the room is also very large. The only drawback is that the elevator room next door was under renovation during our stay, and they were drilling from 8 am to 6 pm. After talking to the manager, he agreed to change our room. The service attitude was OK, but the room he arranged for us at the beginning was not well considered."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean! Although it was busy it was very quiet 🤫. The rooms were very spacious. The place is a bit hard to find at first especially at night, but once you find it you know exactly were to go. Breakfast was your average complimentary breakfast wiyh waffles, boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, juices, muffins, bagels, toast and items to make a breklakfast sausage such as fired egg or omlette ot suasage or ham, which varies and cheese of course. I would definitely recommend this hotel again and would definitely be staying again. I didn't get any pictures of the hotel nor rooms, but I do have a picture of my dad with the front desk staff!"
