An excellent location with incredible rooms, superior staff and great food and spa meant it was the perfect base to explore Westport and the area including Croagh Patrick, Famine Monument and ruins as well. No need to move once you arrive back as a relaxing spa and restaurant mean a great time whatever the weather. Definitely will return again soon!

We had a lovely meal in the Plaza Hotel. The waiter Emanuel made a real fuss of my friend on her Birthday. The staff were all very friendly and sang Happy Birthday to my friend. We received beautiful home cooked biscuits too and there was a great buzz about the place after the Marathon…

We went to the plaza for lunch, for our friends birthday, the waiter Emanuel was very accommodating and helpful, they did one of the best happy birthday wishes I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. The food in the plaza was so fresh and good quality. I got the super salad with chicken.

Stayed for three nights B/B and could not find fault , the room was very large and very clean, there is water tea and coffee in the room and a small fridge, it is a beautiful Hotel and in walking distance to the Town center, reception house keeping and Restaurant staff were fantastic, The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice to choose from and nothing was problem for staff. we will be back for sure.

Stayed here for the Paul Claffey Music Event which was being held in their sister hotel just across the courtyard at the Castlecourt Hotel. All staff we encountered from reception to cleaning staff to breakfast/restaurant service were all so welcoming and very accommodating to my mother who uses a walker, ensuring she was comfortable and relaxed. The food selection available both at breakfast and in the restaurant for lunch/dinner is extensive and everything we tried was delicious. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable and the ancillary items like the coffee machine, mini fridge and glassware were much appreciated. Already looking forward to our next visit!

From Start to finish...Was Top Class! Reception staff so nice especially Filip...Maria who was a Manager so helpful Victoria in the Spa was excellent and all staff in coveys was so friendly and Ivett was a diamond...Not forgetting plaza bar staff also where we eat Friday evening and had drinks. Couldn't fault any part of the hotel was excellent in everyway food drinks and a friendly cheerful atmosphere created by every staff member. Well done to you all 💯👏

1st time in with family that had been before and had recommended. Didn't disappoint at all, service and food were both excellent also loved the atmosphere and styling too. I seriously could have ate it all again. Everyone's meal was excellent and we'd happily go again for sure. Special thanks to our waiter, Hussen. He made our experience all the better, he was friendly, polite and made us feel so at ease. All round a 5 star experience.... well done to all 👏

We have been to the spa twice this month for Swedish massages. If you’re going- ask for Jennifer. Amazing masseur- she’s what keeps us coming back. They have lovely facilities & relaxation room for after your treatment. Highly recommend spa sula! Such a welcoming place.

Went to Spa Sula today and I had a great experience. Staff were very friendly on arrival and explained the areas thoroughly. My therapist today was Maria. She was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. I will be returning to Spa Sula and will be rebooting with Maria, she is brilliant
