If you like older quaint properties this is the place for you. Very charming location right by the castle.

stayed there for one night - booking was perfect and good advice given for late arrival. the best thing about the hotel is the service - "spitzen klasse" for that kind of money. only improvement is the beds -a little bit too spartanic for my taste. i will go there again.

Very pleasant environment as well as the staff.
The spacious room as we were three adults and clean. The restaurant on site is nice and the food is good.
The hotel is close to Giessen but it feels like you are in the countryside

Über booking kurzfristig gebucht. Super freundliches Personal, sehr sehr sauber! Tolles Frühstück. Leider hat das Restaurant geschlossen aber man kann oben auf der Burg gut essen. Prima Aussicht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Passt also alles

Es war ein Kurzurlaub und wirklich sehr angenehm. Obwohl das Haus schon älter ist, fehlt nichts an Komfort. Bad war außerordentlich sauber, die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich. Lediglich das Bettzeug könnte mal erneuert werden (Kissen und Decke), aber das kann nicht als Mangel gesehen werden.
