Stayed there last night. We had great bar food and drinks all evening, very reasonably priced and we were served by a lovely young lady. The bar food was really good. Our room was really clean with a very comfortable mattress and great bed linen, shower was very good pressure, and a nespresso machine in the room. We decided to have breakfast, and some friends joined us for an amazing breakfast at a great price. The accommodation was really nice and the price was very good value. All staff were so nice. Highly recommended. Thank you

I travel to Wexford a good bit for a night away by myself. This is the first time I’ve stayed in the Riverbank House. Although it was a large room it was very tired and dated. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows had no structure (see pic) I had forgotten to bring water with me and was surprised to find there was none provided in the room. Instead I was handed a bottle upon checkout which is rather bizarre. I was also afraid I was going to get injured using the toilet as it wasn’t secure to the floor and very wobbly. The view looked onto the bins (room 105) which were used regularly by the staff so a lot of banging beside the window. It was disappointing and due to this experience I couldn’t recommend it.

I booked this accomodation after being in hospital so it was a very late check in. The hotel staff member Jim was very accommodating making sure I arrived ok etc. In the morning time Leanne provided great customer service and looked after me well and provided me with a phone charger as mine broke. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of options to choose from. The receptionist in the morning also provided great customer service (I forget her name, black hair tied back with glasses)

Room was fine. however, woken early by loud noises at 615am. turned out to be staff doing work - this really should not have been started at that hour of the day.

Great couple of days . Staff were friendly and helpful - Food was great - room very confortable but could do with brightening up - one fault, as it was so warm we left our window open at night which made it noisy.
Very enjoyable stay and would certainly return again - Thanks

On arrival the girl at reception was not very friendly she did not welcome us, she did not say please or thank you. Given the cost of the room for the night I would expect the receptionist to be a lot more friendly.
