This hotel is quite deceptive. Upon arrival, the exterior appears abandoned and neglected. To add on, they don’t serve complimentary breakfast nor much less clean the microwave that is in the lobby. When I requested hot water for tea, they would claim it was hot but still handed it to me without a lid or even a sleeve. How am I supposed to carry this boiling hot cup of water up the elevator without burning myself? And to top it all off, the room is disgusting. It’s filled with dust, rust, and has a very old, worn-out feel. And of course during our stay they claimed they had some sort of fire system issue which required all tenants to evacuate and were not permitted to stay for the night until it was resolved. So of course we consider it a blessing in disguise to be able to rid ourselves of the remaining of our stay. They lack attentiveness, manners, cleanliness, surveillance cameras and will certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
