Nothing unique, poor service,washer is broke and left my clothes dirty and soaking wet and front desk didn't have quarters to dry my clothes and no one brought clean towels. Staff is rude

Terrible! Roaches are all over. I stayed the weekend from October 13-15. I told the front desk that my tv doesn’t work, I had a weekend of no television and once again, ROACHES. Turn around and run away from this place.

We reserved the non-smoking room and they gave us the smoking room for the first night. The room is dirty, no trash and very old. There are cockroaches and smells.

DIDN'T even stay there thank goodness !!!!!!!!!!!! The front desk ****** were nasty, the office what its worth was dirty. This place should not be listed as a viable place to stay. I wouldn,t let my dog stay there.

This place was full of roaches and had a horrible nights sleep, ended up killing about 30 roaches while I was staying there they were all over in the cabinets, in the dresser, on the bed, and generally not a clean room.
Also, the television did not work and had no signal and Management was not cooperative and helping out at all.

When I arrived, it is two hotels that are under the name. There are people all hanging out of their hotel rooms and lingering around. It felt unsafe but we needed a room. He gave me the key to the room in the office. It had a bad smell when we went up to the room the whole building had a bad smell. There was a roach on the door and as soon as you walked in the lights to the hotel room did not work, except for in the bathroom. when I turned on the light in the bathroom, several roaches scattered across the floor we instantly took our bags out. I went to the Desk manager he said he didn’t have any more rooms to give me which I was completely fine with because I know if one room has it they all have it and so he said that he would issue me a refund no problem whatsoever so I was appreciative of that at least. The pictures on ******* are not accurate on this hotel
