Loved the ambiance, fireplace, and stylistic choices. Would have loved the hot tub jets and sauna to work. Would book again.

The best lodging we’ve found in Whistler. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s quiet at night which is lovely and you can walk to the Creekside gondola area. We used the free shuttle to get to our dinner reservations - Jeff the driver was very friendly and able to pick us up when we called. My wife loved the spa - she got a massage plus mani/pedi and was very happy with both.

I would stay here again. There was some complicated procedure in requesting a late check out that amounted to nothing. A simple yes or no would have sufficed.

Nita Lake was absolutely beautiful!! Wonderful location with beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly, the good was good and spa was nices as well.
Cons: noisy in the hall way. Can hear doors slamming constantly and constant clicking noise in pur room that was annyong when we were teying to sleep. The absolute worst part was the beds....OMG hard as rocks!!!

Check in service was extremely slow. Huge lineup. Definitely could be streamlined. Sharing one iPad between two check in staff when there should’ve been three check in staff with three iPads to keep up with the intake. Considering check-in time is 4 PM I don’t think it’s difficult to staff appropriately for the influx of new guests. Clearly this hotel makes enough money to buy another couple of computers, etc. The entire line up behind me was grouchy because of the length of time it took to check in. I can’t imagine this is a one off occurrence.
