Front reception were not approachable at all as if they were made to come into work. We are here for vacation and a welcome to the resort would be appreciated

Excellent location near the Gondolas in Whistler Village. Food/Market everything within 5 minutes walking. The room was very clean with bath totally renovated & new. If you have friends these vacation ski clubs are big and equipped to enjoy together.

The kids' pool and pool slides are under maintenance during our stay, even though we booked the hotel specifically for the kids' pool. Also, breakfast is not included, even though the booking stated that it includes 4 free breakfasts.

Price with breakfast but no breakfast provided 😡

Big room with kitchen facilities , nice patio facing the heated pool , clean and convenient !
