The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious. My only complaint was that our room key was cancelled by 10am when checkout is 11 and our things were still in the room.

Staff was more interested in being on her cel phone and smoking than serving us. Not very friendly. All stairs, no luggage rack. Train was noisy multiple times during the night. Will be trying another hotel next time.

I felt unsafe, it was dimly lit outside with lots of people loitering and staring at you by the entrance while smoking, including the staff. The entire hotel and room had a weird smell. I had to stay as no other availability at nicer hotels in town. Left as soon as the sun came up.

Our room was dusty and stinky. Couldn’t open the window. AC didn’t wasn’t consistent. Either way too cold or didn’t turn on. We had a stroller and had to pack it up and down multiple sets of stairs.

Found it to be an older hotel, had a non smoking room that still stunk like smoke.
Train and main highway traffic very close by property.

Room not very clean. Someone elses dirty clothes left in the drawer and empty beer cans left on the balcony. The door to the balcony also had streaks down the door like a drink was spilled and not wiped.
