Amazing view with the marina right outside the window! The hotel in need of renovation but for sure with lots of potential. Room comfortable and clean enough. Great with the restaurant and bar attacked to the hotel.

What a wonderful little place. Fantastic service from Candy and staff. Amazing view. Very clean. Love the daily maid service to make sure we are taken care of. They went the extra mile.

Unfortunately property on major highway, road noise and difficult to drive out as hedge blocks view when exiting parking lot right onto major highway.

The rooms seem dark, old and tired. Moldy smell.
Not close enough to Sarasota downtown or beaches. The bed however was really comfortable.

Enjoy the comfort, views and amenities- nice restaurant/tiki bar & complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend it to everyone and stay again the next time we’re in the area.

The room condition was pretty good. The experience was terrible!I had trouble checking in. I prepaid online. Ended up finding out that i overpaid. Still trying to find out how to get my refund for the difference. Finally got checked in. The jets in the tub did not work. Big disappointment! Me and my fiancée went out and had a late night. Then before 6am in the morning... Sunday morning at that. There was someone doing some concrete/construction right outside our room door! Woke us up.... i waited and waited about 1½ hours to see if it would stop... plus i was sooo tired and was just wanting to enjoy some rest.... finally at 7:20am I called the office. Shortly after they stopped. Bybthat time my morning was ruined. Couldnt get bkbto sleep. When i did... i had to get up and get ready for check out. It was a miserable experience! Im sure its not something that happens everyday. However, it happened to us!

Loved being by the water and the Tiki Hut! Staff were fabulous and welcoming. The rooms are huge. Beds are comfy.
Slow flushing toilet was my complaint. Multi flushes needed.
