We weren’t greeted in a very friendly manner, ie. “Can I help you with something?” isn’t what I would expect upon arrival to the front desk at check-in. The pool was out of service for two of the three days we were there. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool. Our room was not cleaned or replenished with towels when we were out for the day. We were able to get clean towels upon request at the front desk. The breakfast was subpar, as they didn’t have a lot of options and the food was overcooked. I guess the old saying is true, You Get What You Pay For.

The room was nice once I got to go in there. I was given a different room and my card didn’t work. I ended up going down to the front desk 2 times and finally she changed my room so I could get access to it. Other than that everything was nice. Clean, a lot of room, comfortable & nice . I will stay there again when I come into town.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast selection, clean room, and great customer service. The staff went above and beyond in making this stay great. If I am ever near this area again, I would certainly book my stay here.

We stayed here the weekend of 12/9. The hotel is older but has been remodeled. Front desk was fine. Our shower and bathroom heater were not working. I can do without the heater, but the shower is a must. I called the front desk and mentioned the issue. They offered to have maintenance come and fix it. Problem is I wasn’t going to be in the room and opted to just use the tub feature. Turns out maintenance went into my room while I was gone! I was not very happy with this because there is not a safe in the room and I left personal and valuable stuff in my room. I felt violated and upset because I specifically asked for maintenance to not go in my room.

Everything was clean, nice pool and lobby. My only complaint is the water did not get hot enough for a good hot shower.

Although we had a reservation, we arrive to find a line in the lobby with the hotel clerk, looking for rooms for people. Apparently they had overbooked. We would’ve been there for hours but instead, just found a room on our own while waiting in line about 5 miles away. Thank goodness for the Hilton chain.
