Sheridan House Inn- Adult Only Accommodation

Such a charming and magical place! If you want to be pampered and experience next-level food, this is the place! Mark & Debbie went above & beyond in making sure our stay was comfortable and they really spoiled us! Not only was the food spectacular, but they offered gluten free options for everything! I had gluten free crepes, waffles, muffins, donuts, pasta, garlic bread & desserts!!! Oh, and you can look forward to the gf peanut butter cookies left on your pillow - amazing! No one has EVER done this for me before! Part of their exceptional service was also offering tourist tips as they wanted to ensure we had a good time every single day. We had a such a lovely visit and we will definitely stay with them again! Jim & Nikki Kern

Mark and Debbie are extraordinary hosts who clearly are passionate and proud of their work. The house is impeccable and the location excellent with the south rim only an hour away. The rooms are quiet and comfortable.

This was the second time I’ve been to the Sheridan House Inn and it was just as amazing as the first. The rooms were spectacular and cozy, the food was beyond what you could imagine. Everything is always so well thought out and there is never a lack of detail for anything during your stay. My (now finance) proposed during our second stay, Mark and Debbie made our morning breakfast so special to celebrate the occasion. I’m looking forward to going back again!

Mark and Debbie made our stay a first class experience! Every need was met and they went out of their way to anticipate even our “wants.” It was definitely the best bed and breakfast experience of our lives. Debbie & Mark make every guest feel relaxed and welcome from the moment they step through the doors of their beautiful Inn The location is perfect from which to tour the Grand Canyon and other scenic spots in northern Arizona. Daily breakfasts and dinners on select nights are delicious and beautifully presented. We’ve stayed in numerous B&B’s across the country and none comes close to the hospitality, food quality and warmth of this beautiful B&B in the pines. When we need a quick getaway for some relaxing time and ultimate pampering we go there again and again. Unlike most B&B’s, Debbie & Mark hosts specialty dinners on many holidays. The accommodations are top notch, with some rooms featuring a hot tub and private patios. The B&B is only a five-minute drive to the train depot in Williams for visitors interested in taking the daily train to the Grand Canyon. The Inn offers great information on nearby tourist attractions and restaurant options. Debbie & Mark are assisted by a great small staff of employees who obviously enjoy and take pride in serving the guests of Sheraton House. My husband surprised me with a one-night getaway from Scottsdale, and from the moment we arrived at Sheridan House Inn, I knew it was going to be something special. We were welcomed with such genuine warmth—plus fresh-baked cookies, which immediately set the tone. Our room was absolutely immaculate and felt like a cozy luxury retreat, complete with plush robes, slippers, fine linens, and indulgent Elemis products. What made it unforgettable were all the thoughtful touches throughout our stay—little gifts, attention to detail, and a level of care that made everything feel personal. Even though we were only there for one night, it felt like a true escape. Waking up to peaceful treetop views and enjoying a custom, made-to-order breakfast together was the perfect way to slow down and just be present. Tucked near historic Route 66, the setting is quiet, charming, and incredibly relaxing. This was more than just a place to stay—it was an experience. A perfect 5/5 romantic escape, and one we’ll be talking about (and returning to) for a long time.
