I was SO blessed by the honesty of the workers at this hotel. I unknowingly left my house key ring and didn't discover the loss till 2 days later. Called hotel and housekeeping had turned it in. They were able to send it to me, but the honesty of their workers impressed me because I had hooked my wedding ring onto the key ring and it was still there. THANK YOU!!!!!

The original intention of staying in the tent hotel, most of the pictures are fresh, watching the starry sky in an environment with almost zero pollution. The hotel itself is best to live in a room with a separate toilet and shower, otherwise the public bathroom is still in a worse environment, and you have to walk a section of the dirt road to the toilet at night. We stayed at the end of September. The starry sky was perfect, but the wind was raging at night, and the wood-burning stove used for heating was difficult to keep burning. The night was not cold and the bed was very comfortable. It was a pity that the noise of the tent was hard to sleep. As a whole, it is considered high-end in the tent industry, but it must not be comparable to indoor hotels.

Williams' accommodation is much more economical than in Tussayan, an hour's drive from the Grand Canyon. After watching the sunset, you can just come back. The dinner at the hotel was not bad, the price was not as high as expected, and a dessert was delivered. I recently stayed at the days inn located in Williams Arizona. I called and booked over the phone with an employee named Ivon, and requested the king deluxe suit with the jacuzziin the room. She informed me of the price and after applying the Veteran discount the total came out to $163.22. I stay overnight and the next morning I go downstairs and request additional night. now the person Ivon says that my card is not gonna be charged until I check out. I say to let me know if she was going to run the card at that moment because I have my card locked so she says everything‘s taken care of. we go back to the room. We get up in the night to go get some dinner come back we’re locked out And at this point i go up to the front desk and they say that my card was declined I also received a missed call at 9:58 in the morning I return the phone call 1130 the person Ivon. also acted as though she did not call me no clue so nobody informed me until I was locked out. it was embarrassing to be in front of other customers and treated as though I was trash and made to feel disgusting and I don’t appreciate it as a veteran I served this country honorably, and my girlfriend made to feel like she was below standard. I went down informed management the owner and the other manager as well. And they treated me like I was incompetent, and aggressive, by informing them of the problem. And the total lack of respect from the staff is beyond my comprehension. I would be very cautious about staying here they seem to be able to charge you whatever they feel they want and lie about it and I will include the price difference in the pictures to show the public. The room was very clean, our room had a patio and a lobby that had a coffee maker, microwave, The room was done in 1891's style, Had a TV, never turned it on, between the room and the patio never had the need to watch. The hotel is very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. May not be much to look at on the outside, the inside makes up for it. Very clean, Amy was awesome. Much better than the chains.

Great location. Staff was friendly and room clean. There was no breakfast room due to Covid-19, but room rates were very reasonable and a good value. We traveled with a pick up towing small motorcycle trailer and pull through parking was easy. Very few places in downtown Williams have the pull through ability. We liked the location, across the street from restaurants and easy walking to shops and things to see in downtown Williams.

The hotel is not far from Highway 64. It is very convenient to travel to the Grand Canyon. It is an hour's drive from the south entrance. The room is not big, but all facilities are complete, including coffee maker, hair dryer, refrigerator, electric iron, etc. The rooms are clean and tidy, and sleep quietly at night. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are a bit high. A typical motel, U-shaped courtyard, the car is parked in the courtyard, the lights in the courtyard are very bright, there is a sense of security.

Underwhelmed. Under appreciated. Over priced and not what I expected. I booked in advanced and asked for an upgrade and was told there was none. There were not many quest staying there. All late check ins. Walked in the room and the room was like the weather outside 32 degrees or colder. The room was much smaller than I expected. Also, it is across the street from a train track and 3 times woken up my train horns. The wifi did not work and the next morning I had to go across the street to the lobby and walked in 22 degree weather. There was a big problem with the heater. I was either cold or too hot. Could not find that find line. I pointed the vent up and blocked it with a chair as it ran constant. That dis not work. I could not change rooms as the hotel was closed early. I politely address my problems and I was blown off by the young girl at the desk and I wanted to speak to the manager. I was not even contacted afterwards as I wanted to express my troubles to someone before I wrote this review. Now, I will check and I will read an apology which is a sign of weakness and unprofessionalism that neither I or other travelers could care less. So don't apologize when you get this review.

ATTENTION IF YOU ARE DISABLED AND HAVE A WORKING SERVICE ANIMAL Mind Typos Have trouble typing due to my disability. At approximately 1:56 PM Arizona Time on 2/13/21, I called to confirm my accommodations for my working service animal. I was told by the person who answered the phone who refused to give me his name, I can only assume out of fear, that I will have to bring proof that my dog in deed is a working service animal. I very upset , explained how that is illegal and he then explained to me that he is sorry ,, his son has autism, then told me he died two years ago, and also that it is the policy of management to have guest provide such proof. It is not a matter of what I think about how I was treated for providing fare warning for accommodation that I have every right to ask for, it is a matter of what the Law states and we are all accountable to abide by. I do not need to bring proof of my disability or even divulge any more personal information than is necessary. If you do not like having working service animals at your hotel, do not run a hotel in the United States of America where I am very proud to be protected by the hard work of all our Veterans who fought for us who , many whom have survived and are disabled themselves and certainly hope they do not go through this when they go there. According to the ADA.gov website, a hotel (or any business meant for use by the general public) can not legally request proof of your disability or the need for a service animal. 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Those are the only questions a company can ask someone with a working service animal. I do not need to bring proof of my disability because I bring it wherever I go because I am the living proof regardless if it is visible or in any way experience by this company or the individiual who answeredd the phone. It is not my problem that the company fails to know modern laws protecting its disabled citizens. I should not have to walk in there making loud, abrupt , noises while wearing a helmet just for people to take the laws seriously that protects accessibility for Americans such as myself. Just because you do not like something or agree with my chosen forms of surviving and navigating this world , does not mean that I should care or even bat an eye, Especially when the law states that what your company is doing is illegal and unethical. If you are disabled , I highly recommend bringing an advocate who is not a working service animal or also disabled because they may not follow the law and make your long trip there even longer. Very sad experience. I wish I could have gone . I was looking forward to the supposed compassion from the owners and staff that I had read so many great reviews about.

After going down the highway for a long time, I went to the hotel, but the road at the entrance of the hotel was under repair. The car couldn’t enter. Fortunately, it was rounded up under the guidance of Google. The parking lot was quite big and the parking was convenient. The English at the front desk is a bit curry. Breakfast is as simple as ever. In less than 20 minutes, there is a big store that complements the food and drink prepared for the Grand Canyon tomorrow. Arrived at 0300 in the morning - Coincidentally, there was another couple that pulled in just ahead of me - They walked around a bit until they finally saw the sign and the after hours buzzer - Had hoped to arrive earlier, but it just didn't happen - Despite waking him up in the middle of the night, AB, was very friendly and receptive - He gave me Room 220 directly above the jacuzzi room There were a lot of recent renovations in my room - There was a convenient quad outlet above one nightstand that was very useful for charging devices, small refrigerator, microwave, single cup coffee maker, desk area with dual outlets, storage for towels or clothing - The bathroom was adequate for a single person with a shower One of the things that attracted me to choose the Travelodge was the images of waffles for breakfast - Unfortunately waffles and toasted bread are no longer offered there - Breakfast is primarily juice, hot beverages and cereal I seriously enjoy Thai cuisine and Dara's Thai Twist is right across the street - They had the best Green Curry I have ever had - WiFi is offered at the Travelodge, but I found the WiFi at Dara's Thai Twist and Safeway was considerably faster I was in town to complete the Arizona Summer Six Pack of Peaks hike challenge - Overall my experience staying at the Travelodge was very positive and I would definitely stay there again

Booked this hotel in an emergency when other plans fell thru and got the last room. Great little hotel, expensive-ish, but the best deal in the area. Located about 20 mile from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Old hotel, with old rooms and decor, but very clean and the room was huge. Staff was great, restraunt was pretty darn good too. Would definitely stay again when visiting the south rim.

The property does have an elevator however it’s located four on the north end of the property. Notice I said Good. Nothing to be excited about here except that you are getting a room that is 1 hour away from the Grand Canyon! Location, Location, Location! So spend most of your time there. We stayed here for 51 bucks a night including tax . If spending 3 times as much at a better motel is what you want to do then don't stay here and quit your whining! It is a no frills motel that is in walking distance to all the bars and restaurants of Williams. It was clean, offered a good TV and kept us warm on cold and snowy night in May. We kept checking and this was the lowest priced motel in Williams - so what a deal. The staff was very friendly too. Don't let the fact that the towels weren't brand new and it somehow ruined your trip get you down. You are 1 hour away from some the greatest sights you will ever see!!

ATTENTION IF YOU ARE DISABLED AND HAVE A WORKING SERVICE ANIMAL Mind Typos Have trouble typing due to my disability. At approximately 1:56 PM Arizona Time on 2/13/21, I called to confirm my accommodations for my working service animal. I was told by the person who answered the phone who refused to give me his name, I can only assume out of fear, that I will have to bring proof that my dog in deed is a working service animal. I very upset , explained how that is illegal and he then explained to me that he is sorry ,, his son has autism, then told me he died two years ago, and also that it is the policy of management to have guest provide such proof. It is not a matter of what I think about how I was treated for providing fare warning for accommodation that I have every right to ask for, it is a matter of what the Law states and we are all accountable to abide by. I do not need to bring proof of my disability or even divulge any more personal information than is necessary. If you do not like having working service animals at your hotel, do not run a hotel in the United States of America where I am very proud to be protected by the hard work of all our Veterans who fought for us who , many whom have survived and are disabled themselves and certainly hope they do not go through this when they go there. According to the ADA.gov website, a hotel (or any business meant for use by the general public) can not legally request proof of your disability or the need for a service animal. 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Those are the only questions a company can ask someone with a working service animal. I do not need to bring proof of my disability because I bring it wherever I go because I am the living proof regardless if it is visible or in any way experience by this company or the individiual who answeredd the phone. It is not my problem that the company fails to know modern laws protecting its disabled citizens. I should not have to walk in there making loud, abrupt , noises while wearing a helmet just for people to take the laws seriously that protects accessibility for Americans such as myself. Just because you do not like something or agree with my chosen forms of surviving and navigating this world , does not mean that I should care or even bat an eye, Especially when the law states that what your company is doing is illegal and unethical. If you are disabled , I highly recommend bringing an advocate who is not a working service animal or also disabled because they may not follow the law and make your long trip there even longer. Very sad experience. I wish I could have gone . I was looking forward to the supposed compassion from the owners and staff that I had read so many great reviews about.

Notice I said Good. Nothing to be excited about here except that you are getting a room that is 1 hour away from the Grand Canyon! Location, Location, Location! So spend most of your time there. We stayed here for 51 bucks a night including tax . If spending 3 times as much at a better motel is what you want to do then don't stay here and quit your whining! It is a no frills motel that is in walking distance to all the bars and restaurants of Williams. It was clean, offered a good TV and kept us warm on cold and snowy night in May. We kept checking and this was the lowest priced motel in Williams - so what a deal. The staff was very friendly too. Don't let the fact that the towels weren't brand new and it somehow ruined your trip get you down. You are 1 hour away from some the greatest sights you will ever see!!

Arrived at 0300 in the morning - Coincidentally, there was another couple that pulled in just ahead of me - They walked around a bit until they finally saw the sign and the after hours buzzer - Had hoped to arrive earlier, but it just didn't happen - Despite waking him up in the middle of the night, AB, was very friendly and receptive - He gave me Room 220 directly above the jacuzzi room There were a lot of recent renovations in my room - There was a convenient quad outlet above one nightstand that was very useful for charging devices, small refrigerator, microwave, single cup coffee maker, desk area with dual outlets, storage for towels or clothing - The bathroom was adequate for a single person with a shower One of the things that attracted me to choose the Travelodge was the images of waffles for breakfast - Unfortunately waffles and toasted bread are no longer offered there - Breakfast is primarily juice, hot beverages and cereal I seriously enjoy Thai cuisine and Dara's Thai Twist is right across the street - They had the best Green Curry I have ever had - WiFi is offered at the Travelodge, but I found the WiFi at Dara's Thai Twist and Safeway was considerably faster I was in town to complete the Arizona Summer Six Pack of Peaks hike challenge - Overall my experience staying at the Travelodge was very positive and I would definitely stay there again

This property is located way off the road, upper hill in the woods. It is very quiet from the road noise and railroad tracks. Overall my day was good, the room was large and the bed was comfortable. The property does have an elevator however it’s located four on the north end of the property. So if you Get a room upstairs and have a lot of luggage, I highly recommend getting a room closer to the elevator.

After going down the highway for a long time, I went to the hotel, but the road at the entrance of the hotel was under repair. The car couldn’t enter. Arrive at the hotel at night, near a small hillside outside Williams Town, still very easy to find. The dinner at the hotel was not bad, the price was not as high as expected, and a dessert was delivered. Underwhelmed. Under appreciated. Over priced and not what I expected. I booked in advanced and asked for an upgrade and was told there was none. There were not many quest staying there. All late check ins. Walked in the room and the room was like the weather outside 32 degrees or colder. The room was much smaller than I expected. Also, it is across the street from a train track and 3 times woken up my train horns. The wifi did not work and the next morning I had to go across the street to the lobby and walked in 22 degree weather. There was a big problem with the heater. I was either cold or too hot. Could not find that find line. I pointed the vent up and blocked it with a chair as it ran constant. That dis not work. I could not change rooms as the hotel was closed early. I politely address my problems and I was blown off by the young girl at the desk and I wanted to speak to the manager. I was not even contacted afterwards as I wanted to express my troubles to someone before I wrote this review. Now, I will check and I will read an apology which is a sign of weakness and unprofessionalism that neither I or other travelers could care less. So don't apologize when you get this review.
