Holiday Inn Express & Suites WILLIAMSBURG by IHG

Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was very clean. Location was close to William and Mary, which was important to us. Aldi's and Popeye's next door. Overall, a very good experience.

Breakfast was good, I wish they would offer different options from day to day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very attentive and approachable.

The gentleman who checked us in that night working the front desk was awesome. He was friendly and when I got to the room the bathroom toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned. He personally came up and cleaned it himself. Not sure what his name was but we checked in on April 3rd around 7 pm.

There was something went when the shower control dial - It was impossible to shut off the water - always leaking. The room was fairly clean. The walls are very thin - you could hear everything - it sounded like someone was opening our door when it was just the neighbor. The staff was great!

Bathroom was not very clean. The floor of the bathroom was sticky. Heat & A/C unit were noisy.
