From the moment we arrived, the hotel was clean and welcoming, with a pleasant fragrance in the lobby. Amy made check-in quick and easy. Our handicap-accessible room was spacious and well designed, with grab bars in the bathroom for safety and a very comfortable bed. The staff greeted us warmly at breakfast as well. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Williamsburg.

I booked a room with a king size bed. That's what I paid for. I check in and they didn't have any king size bed rooms available. Not happy. My husband and I slept awful!!

Perfect location in Williamsburg. Clean room, glad it was a suite with a sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful.

The breakfast was great, with lots of options. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and especially the "happy hour" with free popsicles and ice cream cups:-) We hope to stay here again next time we're in the area.

Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good. Our room had a water leak from the upper level into our tub through an inspection door. They said they had no prior knowledge of the leak and gave us another room. I know they had maintenance look at it after I told they about it.

The room temp was too hot and wouldnt cool down enough. The showers didn't get hot enough. The tv in the bedroom area wasnt working properly. My son cut his toe in the pool area. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The place was relatively clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Coffee ran out and had to ask for more.

Breakfast was hot; room was clean; service people were friendly & helpful. Loved the complimentary ice cream!
