Homewood Suites by Hilton Williamsburg

We had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and accommodated our request for rooms close in proximity. Location is convenient to Colonial Williamsburg as well as great dinner options.

Breakfast was okay - coffee was good and always full. Only issue we had was the side door would not open. When we told the staff we were told it was an amenity and not necessary. What about safety in case of a fire?

The site seemed understaffed and the maid service was less than great. We would walk in with the sheets covering the bed, but the beds not made. We asked for extra towels the forst day there and they never came. We did get them the next day though. There was one lady running the show at breakfast and she was lovely, but couldnt keep up with the demand of the busy breakfast crowd. There was no milk, forks, butter or eggs at one point. I felt sorry for her it seemed too much for one person.

This was one of the best hotels Ive eve stayed in. The staff was all absolutely amazing, everything was spotless, and their breakfast taco/burrito bar is, hands down the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. My kids also had a blast in their indoor saltwater pool. We were there every morning and every night. I couldnt recommend a hotel more!

Had a great stay. We have a big family, the suits were big enough to accommodate all of us and our dog . The hotel was recently renovated. Everything looked nice and clean. The indoor pool was a plus. Breakfast had a large variety, including spanish options to make your own breakfast burritos.

Even though the hotel was under construction, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The daily breakfast was amazing and included options for gluten and dairy free eaters. The pool was beautiful and warm, and there was coffee all day. The rooms were huge and the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of parking close to the front door and super convenient to everything.

Great stay overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. The WiFi was a little patchy at times, but it wasn’t a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

The sauage was awful. I took a picture of it but decided it wasnt worth complaining about because i did ask if they had other sauage and was told no. It was way overcooked, hard and just plain terrible.
