Hilton Garden Inn Williamsburg

Great place to stay. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. So many places to eat nearby. People at the desk were very nice and helpful. Could not hear any noise next door or above and was able to sleep good.

********** sent the confirmation to my email but failed to notify the hotel. Got there and they had no record of my reservation. I tried to get a hold of a live person at ********** and could not. When I originally booked, I made a change to my reservation literally less than 5 minutes later and was charged again. I paid almost 500.00 for a 240.00 room. ********** was no help and I will never use them again. In fact, I am posting reviews on every review board I can find. You are a total scam.

The breakfast bar team was amazing and the greeting reservations was awesome at customer service. Was a hiccup in booking and accommodated by free breakfast for our two day stay

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The pool was a little small and towels were always out of stock. Overall the stay was good and would stay again when in the area.

Great breakfast selection. Fresh fruits, and freshly cooked omelet. My kids love to stay at Hilton Gardens; they specifically asked to stay here after last year’s stay. They love your omelet! Indeed, other similar hotels didn’t serve it. Will come back again!

Clean rooms staff very professional pool and amenities open 24/7 very quiet cumfy beds amazing pillows plus if you work over night the drapes completely blocked out all light

Clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds! Centrally located near lots of restaurant options and can recommend the Greek one across the street! Breakfast hostess is an asset to this hotel! Pleasant, friendly, and makes one feel welcome and at home. Give her a raise!
