Upon check-in at 5:30pm he made me wait at the desk while he folded towels. We had 5 people in our party sharing a room for two nights. Only one elevator worked, our room had a broken wall panel with lights on it that fell off the wall. When i mentioned the broken wall panel he said someone would be up to look at it and no one showed up. the vent in our bathroom was broken. The floors were not vacuumed nor were the hallways and the fridge in the room barely cooled items while the freezer still worked. After day one when cleaners came in we had no toilet paper and they never re-stocked us and still did not vacuum the floor. The bed, although firm, felt like a rock and the ac unit clanked every time it turned on and sounded like a dump truck was outside while it ran. The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and that is not enough for me to choose to stay here again.
