Econo Lodge Williamsburg Historic Area

Property was in decent shape and check in was quick and easy. Rooms need a face lift but it was clean and safe area and close to historical district

Everything worked and was clean. Price was great and staff is sweet. It’s safe ❤️

: towels and the rags where dirty the walls covered in crayon roaches hot water turned cold while showering. : trash under the bed. : and on top of that my reservation was not what i requested i asked for a king and got doubles and the owner was like take it or leave it his was was very respectful.

The roims arent as nicebin the pictures or old photo's..No Breakfast ..I didnt notice deeper in the details..I think the hotwater heater is across the street somewhere.

Great place great value. Family runned business, very nice couple. Great honest people all around. Zero bugs!!! Unlike next door...

Parking seemed very sketchy, we felt like our car could be robbed at any point, day or night. Staff was fine, could be worse. The room was not clean whatsoever, stains and burn wholes on sheets and blankets, spider webs in the corners, floors have not been cleaned in ages... Shower water was not hot between 11am-5am... Had to shower at 4am, which still was a hit or miss...

Everything about our stay was disappointing. The reception area was very tired looking and staff were not welcoming. The rooms were dingy and smelt musty. I didn't dare put my bare feet on the carpet - ugh. It was impossible to get a hot shower - surely a basic necessity. The bedsheets and towels were clean - thankfully. If you're thinking about booking this Econo Lodge, think again.

Checked in and room was not as pictured- I specifically booked because there was no carpet in room. Room assigned was on the upper level

One night stay on our way to OBX. Hotel room was clean. Sink didn’t drain. Some mold around tub. Breakfast room was closed. We were given a $10 credit, perhaps because the breakfast room is closed. Hotel staff was very nice very friendly and helpful. Our room was very soundproof as there was a large group of young men staying upstairs and we heard nothing.
