Personal in front desk very friendly Room very dirty, kitchen, bathroom curtain, door Floors dirty, elevator and hallways The most disgusting thing was the smoking smell My doughters and I we not happy in there honestly

It's nice experienced stayed here. They were friendly and helpful at the front desk. Spacious room and kitchen was ausome.

Staff were beautiful, room was nice sized. But the site said it was a non smoking room. It was not, I woke with raspy voice & my hair stunk like smoke. This was recent smoking. When I said something in the morning the staff apologized and stated they do have people sign no smoking but said there is not much they can do. She offered to have management look at my complaint/concern. Most hotels that

The room for the needs of my adult son. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice having a kitchenette.

The staff was amazing. However, the room was cold the majority of the time. I found several roaches and dead bed bugs in the bed.

bed sheet was dirty mark badly, I stay 3 nights first night ready to bed very tire and see the sheet was badly dirty yellow mark ..... the room cleaning lady make the bed she just flow up for next guest only she does not care it , I report next day to front desk room was very old , I was not comfortable

I have stayed here for many years. The service has continued to go downhill this stay I didn't have paper towels in the room and usually there are tea bags for hot tea not this time. When we stayed there in June the toilet was sort of clogged I reported it to the front desk and was given a plunger. I didn't expect that. I am disappointed in how things have changed. Some places you still advertise breakfast but there isn't any. That's enough will probably try some place when we come again

Properly was terrible had dirty walls paint peeling and roaches everywhere air not working some lights not working

The ceilng fell down on us Overall not a bad hotel except that part of the ceiling fell down hitting me on the head and i also stepped on fallen plaster and some got inbedded in my toe. I told the front desk staff and they didn't allow me to speak to the manager or fill out an incident report. Overall not at all pleased
