Nicely located dated hotel. Room was nice enough and clean. Restaurant offers poor choice, is expensive. A la carte was OK, the buffet was pretty awful. Very friendly staff. WiFi is very poor. EV charging works well (but is paid) but uses overly complex system.

We were there with 2 couples from Friday to Sunday. The hotel has a large parking lot. However (as there was 30 cm snow) it was rather difficult to reach the reception coming from the parking. Very friendly lady at the reception. We booked two standard rooms (in the "Gästehaus" underground connected with a tunnel) but there was a huge difference in the rooms. One had a very nice bath room (renovated ?) and was OK. The other room was outdated. We paid however the same price (185 € per night, which is not cheap. The beds are of bad quality (mattresses were too short and the pillows too hard. The swimming pool is a bit outdated (very dark). In the room there were enough towels and a bathrobe to take along to the wellness. The breakfast is very very good. The dinner in the evening (choice between a la carte or buffet) was very good, and the staff was really very friendly. The situation of the hotel is more than OK. The ski jump is 5 min, where you can take a little train to the Ettelsberg, where different walks start. So all by all it is not a bad hotel, but it needs here and there some investments (rooms, swimming pool....) However I give it a 4 because of its very good breakfast, the kitchen and the friendly staff. Otherwise it would be a 3;

Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und haben den Service und die Freundlichkeit im Hotel genossen. Nettes Personal, tolle Küche und ein schönes Schwimmbad. Tolle Erfahrung, während des Schneegestöbers im Außenpool schwimmen.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Das Hotel bietet alles was man mögen kann: Schöne Zimmer, super Service, nettes Personal, ein schöner Wellness Bereich. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, viele Wanderwege, der Skywalk, uvm.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage am Rande des Ortes. Es gibt sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, dazu gibt es einen sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Speziell das Frühstück ist Spitze.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage unweit der Mühlenkopfschanze am Wald. Viele Wanderwege sind gleich in der Nähe. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist ausgezeichnet, es fehlt nichts Die Betten optimal, die Matratzen nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Das Zimmer außergewöhnlich groß Das Servicepersonal ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommend Der Wellnessbereich und das Schwimmbad hat uns gut gefangen, besonders auch das Außenbecken. Das Buffett war sehr gut. Allerdings - als kleine Negativerfahrung - das Steak im gemütlichen Restaurant und der Nachtisch sind nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir waren vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr positiv überrascht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist qualitativ und quantitativ toll. Hunde sind kostenfrei in allen Zimmern erlaubt - wir als Hundebesitzer finden das super! Der Wellnessbereich hat lange Öffnungszeiten, Bademantel und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Unser Zimmer war riesig und es fehlte an nichts. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr ganz neu und deshalb vielleicht auch nicht super modern eingerichtet - es ist aber überall erkennbar, dass es liebevoll geführt und instand gehalten wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Der Aufenthalt war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Das Personal hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber und ansprechend gewesen. Das Frühstück war einfach traumhaft. Es hatte eine große Vielfalt, man könnte sagen, es fehlte nur noch der Kabviar.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Haben für 24 schon wieder gebucht. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem in 10 min mitten im Geschehen von Willingen. Ideal für Wanderer und zum Fahrrad fahren. Der Service ist einfach nur top.
