It was a good hotel for the most part, no cream cheese with bagel though. Hard to know where to put dishes for breakfast. Good room. Nice looking place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, except was disappointed when they weren’t able to make adjustment on our stay. Had booked 3 nights but missed the first night due to flight cancellation. Even though I stayed only 2 nights, had to pay for 3.

The Hyatt will be our hotel of choice from now on for visiting family in the Wilmington area. Great service, clean well appointed rooms, and good location. The riverwalk was great even in the winter (Holiday lights the entire walk).

Breakfast was healthy with lots of options. The staff was very informative and super nice. The rooms were exceptionally clean with plenty of towels and nice white sheets! 10 out of 10. I would definitely visit again!
