Courtyard Wilmington Downtown/Historic District

It’s a good location, easily to walk everywhere. Rooms were clean. There is a pub or a club near by that had loud music playing late so kept us up for a while, but aside from that, everything else about this hotel was great.

Our stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is four miles from the pier. Very convenient since we were going on a narrated cruise tour. Renita

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Room was great, even though the shower needed a good scrub and some moulding was missing from around the shower, it was still very nice, the water pressure was FANTASTIC! There is no parking, but there is a valet. Don't really need your car, everything is walkable, or you can catch the Trolley. Can't wait to come back!

Hotel is in a great location. Can walk everywhere. Quiet, safe, affordable, cute outdoor pool. We will definitely be back.

Very high on the pricey scale with high cost parking. Staff ignored the Do Not Disturb Sign on my door. There was NO evening food service and the breakfast was poor. The only thing going for it was location.

Very short walk to all good local restaurants. Extremely clean and spacious. I stayed in a king suite, big open windows that had a decent view of downtown.

Clean rooms and facility, courteous staff, nice Bistro and sitting area for our large family gathering. Walking distance to historic downtown and riverwalk.
