Dog friendly budget B&B, location is prime, one min walk to shops & restaurant. Bed was not comfortable, room was outdated and bathroom also needs updating. its a budget B&B Breakfast was great.

The location and hygiene of this hotel is okay, except that the carpets don't seem to have been cleaned for a long time. I was most dissatisfied with a male waiter, his attitude was particularly bad, I suspect he was a ******, his attitude was really bad, I have stayed in so many places in the world in hotels and B&Bs, this male waiter's attitude was the worst, I entered the staff area is my fault, but I entered from the restaurant, there is no staff only to enter the prompts, the male waiter kicked me out like a dog, I felt I was insulted.The waiter shooed me out like a dog, I felt insulted, it seems that the quality of the British people really needs to be improved.

The hotel is lovely and serves was kind .but it hadn’t water to wash my face when I got up.

The house is old, but the hygiene is good. It's close to the town center and the service is also good. I was in a hurry and forgot to take pictures.

Disgusting Ctrip! We booked a hotel in the Scottish Highlands one day and a hotel in the Lake District the next day through Ctrip. Because of a police road closure, which was deemed an unavoidable insurmountable obstacle, Ctrip said they couldn't cancel the hotel booking. After the road closure lasted 15 hours, we drove for 7 hours in heavy rain to reach the hotel that night. This is truly an outrageous clause, even more arrogant than national laws and regulations.

The room was very small, and it was difficult to unfold the suitcases. The worst thing was that there was no sound insulation. I could hear the neighbors talking and snoring, which really affected my rest. I didn't see anyone at the front desk from beginning to end. It was all self-service.

A cozy British B&B with small rooms, no air conditioning, and an inconvenient location.

It's a B&B with a very welcoming owner. I was the only guest there during the off-season, but the owner got up early to cook breakfast for me, which was very thoughtful. The room was also in an English country style, clean and tidy.

The location was good, and it was nice that breakfast was included. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in Windermere, with easy access to the Lake District by bus. The surrounding area is quiet and the air is fresh, perfect for running or walking. Parking is free, and you can leave your keys at the front desk when you check out, which is very convenient.

Very nice, very warm, the front desk receptionist was also very gentle and patient. Breakfast is made to order, with fewer varieties and a slightly strange taste. It is very close to the city center and the transportation is relatively convenient

The room was very clean and tidy
