Basically wasn’t told of wedding and room wasn’t changed daily bedsheets and a lot of noise as was by car park and annex of stairs. Had tough time and had to complain daily until last day when they after many request from agent listened and got change of room. Is a beautiful location but seem to be not much service value for money really. I was recuperating so wanted a peaceful time, this didn’t happen.

Don’t have any choice defiant taxi if you need anything and don’t have freezer in room and you need payment to spa also cleaning not good only staff it’s helpful and wonderful and nice a view in room and breakfast is fantastic

Nice hotel in a fantastic location. Great restaurant too. Not cheap so £20 pp extra to use the spa was a little steep. Rooms comfortable but a little old fashioned. Lots of stairs- could have done with a lift

We have stayed at the hotel a few times some things have changed the pool sauna jacuzzi ect is now payable as a extra but things change price to use quite high but the hotel is very picturesque great location great breakfast stunning views staff friendly as again we had a lovely time if snow is around looks amazing

Do not agree with additional charge for using the pool and facilities this should be included as it is at other similarly priced hotels

The good points: location is perfect, reception and bar area contemporary and stylish.
The bad points: room price appears to include free breakfast but actually is only continental. The hotel needs to inform 3rd party sites that they do not offer free breakfast. Carpets in room stained, mould in bathrooms. An overhaul is needed to bring these rooms up to standard and the spa should be offered with the high room price.

Rooms have a very homely feel, the views are beautiful. We really enjoyed the spa facilities as it wasn’t busy at all and we could enjoy the pool,
Sauna and hot pool to ourselves. Breakfast could be better as there isn’t a great range and for a full English there is an extra charge. Would definitely return.

Great stay - reasonable price although the restaurant pricey. No lift which was a bit of a pain. Amazing views .

We had a lovely and restful stay. Staff was amazing, spa facilities as well. We loved dinning at the restaurant. The lounge was cosy and I could work on my laptop while being there. It was affordable and we would love to go back.
