Finding the right balance between maintaining an affordable breakfast offering (which is included in many of our room rates) and providing a wide variety of options is always a challenge. Our buffet typically includes a selection of both hot and cold items. While the hot dishes vary from day to day, there are always staples such as bacon and scrambled eggs available, together with items such as sausages, beans, mushrooms, French toast or pancakes, and a hot porridge. We also offer cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheeses, overnight oats, breads, muffins, juices, tea, and coffee.In addition, we have an egg menu included in the breakfast price, from which guests can order fried eggs, poached eggs, omelettes, and Eggs Benedict. It is possible that this option was not properly communicated to you, and for that we apologise. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue looking at ways to further enhance our breakfast offering.With regard to transport, we would like to provide some additional context. The transport providers we recommend are all independent third-party operators. They are licensed, insured, registered, and established service providers, and we do not add any markup to their rates nor do we receive any commission from their bookings. The fees charged are set entirely by the transport operators themselves.We certainly understand your concern when comparing these rates to those of public taxis or other transport alternatives available in Windhoek. There are indeed less expensive options, and many visitors choose to make use of them. The difference in pricing generally reflects factors such as vehicle standards, insurance cover, reliability, booking convenience, and the assurance of using a vetted operator.
