Poorly poorly managed establishment. Cockroaches in room as well. Reception are basically robots when trying to communicate with them. Do not stay here is my recommendation unfortunately.

This hotel is a place where drug dealers and dangerous people stay. Throughout the entire night, there are loud noises and shouting, and most of the people have very strange and unsettling appearances—it’s extremely frightening. The hotel manager does not cooperate with guests at all. They don’t even have a place to store luggage, so they force you to request early check-in just to charge you extra money. It was truly the worst experience of my life. They caused me a lot of distress, and I’m just glad this horrible nightmare is finally over. As kind and lovely as the people of Australia are, the individuals at this hotel are disturbing and seem to be looking for ways to take advantage of others. I’m truly sorry, but making money by any means is not the right way to live.

A well located hotel handy for public transport to downtown.. Both rail and bus nearby. Only eating is Macds across the road. Rooms good value for the price. Beds very comfortable, linen clean. Stayed here several times. Very functional.

Self service was a bit strange but if you call them 24hrs in advance, like suggested, it would be a smooth transaction. Room was neat & tidy & quite spacious! Lots of power points, lighting & secure window. Nice having a topped up Kitchenette, tv, aircon & remotes… with batteries! Decent bathroom for the unit size just grossed out by the shower curtain. Security guy was very helpful AND free onsite parking was a bonus!

I paid on line with pay pal and received an email confirmation. My PayPal also said the payment went through. But when we got there we realised that we did not have a room number. I eventually got someone on the phone and they told me the payment was not complete. They read me a phone number that wasn’t mine and then asked for my credit card information. I did not give it because this seemed getting my credit card details was his aim. I asked for a manager and at first he agreed but never attempted to bring anyone else to the phone. He did send me a form to fill out that requested a scan of my drivers license which I did provide but now regret. All up it seemed like he was just trying to get a lot of personal information. The situation only resolved when I just repeated my request for the room details over and over and the increase in the pressure seemed to make him react rather than have other staff get involved. I suggest you go and listen to the recording as I suspect there is fraudulent behaviour going on in that office.

There is no staff at the hotel. You can't leave your luggage. The room is cramped. It's like a transshipment point. It doesn't even stick in your memory. All you have are bad memories of the room. The good things are the tea, coffee, and kettle.

No food, no service, no people, didn't get code for door until after we rang from there door. No reception makes it hard to communicate any issues (like flat batteries in remote) good location for buses, would be good if ya didn't want to talk to anyone.

Our daughter immediately caught a cold because the room, including the bed, was extremely dusty. There was hair everywhere and its unhygienic. Would not recommend.

I am been staying at this property for many years, when I stay, I normally stay 1 to 2 weeks duration. I just completed my 2nd 2 week stay in 3 months and they send you and email saying check out is 1pm, but then they send you and SMS that check out is 10am. It is 10am, but for the first time in more than 5 years staying here I asked for a 1 hour extension but they wanted to charge me, just when I had stayed 2 weeks. Wasn't worth fighting just find a new property next time. I had to call their Philippines call centre just to get the rubbish removed and my room cleaned after more than 1 week as no one had bothered and the housekeeping staff just ignored my request. For the rubbish, I had to get a bag from the housekeeping staff and remove it myself after dragging the rubbish bins into the hallway. No customer loyalty given to long stay and frequent customers.
