Worst service I’ve ever received in a hotel. Dropped a suit for dry cleaning on a Tuesday afternoon and front desk never once respected their promise to follow up and confirm it would be ready for my departure. Worse, after the second day, no one seemed aware of what had happened to my dry cleaning. Ended up changing my plans and moving meetings to hope for my garments to make it in time on my day of departure. Luckily it made it, but I ended up paying for a late return of my rental car. I received no apology from anyone at the hotel.

The bedsheet and comforter were quite gross, with a lot of visible stains. However, aside from that, the rest of the accommodation and the overall stay were really good.

The smell in the elevator and room was foul. The bathroom was filthy , walls and outlets had visible filth and perhaps bodily fluids. It was unacceptable and has it not been 3 am when we arrived , I would have taken my family elsewhere.

Rooms nice, continental breakfast fantastic. The endless police at the property do to the surround area, not fun. Total 10 police at the hotel over 2 days.

Get away Weekend get away. Quick arrival. Decent smaller room. Nice continental Breakfast provided daily. Helpful n pleasant staff. Decent price. Would stay again

It was good. Only thing is you NEED a credit card for a deposit?? We didn’t have one and it added a level of complications. However, our stay was pretty nice besides that. I liked that that actually enforce the adult only time in the pool from 10-12pm.
