Overnight stay after a trip. Flight over 3 hours late. Check in staff gave us some snacks as restaurants were not open

When checking in it was fairly smooth. However it was very hard to understand the clerk as she spoke very soft and had a thick accent. Kids were running around and very loud (thinking maybe a hockey tournament?). The pool was a nice touch but was small and thus packed with people. Adults were drinking alcohol in the pool area and so we didn’t feel it was safe/appropriate for our young children to swim. The beds were comfortable with nice clean bathroom and the pillows were nice and fluffy. When booking room we were under the impression that there was a continental breakfast but no not included. However, there was a restaurant attached to the hotel (very over priced) but the food was pretty decent.

We stayed here the night before a flight out of Winnipeg. Staff were helpful in getting us an airport shuttle. And it’s nice and close to the airport. Pretty quiet hotel from what we noticed. Would go again for a similar situation.

Outside looked clean, inside was grungy. I had called ahead to order my hubby some food but the confused front desk staff was unhelpful and told me they didn’t do room service. When my husband asked later at 330am where the food was, they lied and said it was because I didn’t leave my credit card. Would’ve been nice if they’d told me that. We frequently stay in Winnipeg but we won’t be staying here.

My stay here was what I expected. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. We were promptly assisted when we called the front desk for more towels. My only complaint was the hot tub, it was lukewarm at most. I would stay here again!

I wasn’t happy that I couldn’t use my Best Western reward points card because I booked with *******.
First time this has happened, other Best Western hotels have no problem accepting my Points card even with booking thru *******

It was a calm and neat place with some good options on transportation and their restaurants. I just saw a couple of stains on the carpets. Also, there was no complementary water at least for the first day? Come on!
