They wouldn't let me stay in the same room when it extended my stay

First of all, the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms itself is another story. I was told that all rooms have connecting doors to each other rooms. What?!!yes there are locks that you can secure it but I have never encountered this staying at a hotel. A hostel yes but not a hotel. The faucet from the shower was pulled out from its place. The mini refrigerator was not working despite several attempts. I did mentioned it to staff and they offered if I wanted it handled before or after breakfast. Lastly, breakfast wasn’t appealing. Not enough options for protein only yogurt. Perhaps bagels with cream cheese or eggs would be an option. This place has potential because of the staff. I hope some of these ideas are taken to account to be able to see this place soar.

This was a great little place and located in the perfect spot for me. There were plenty of places to choose from for dining and entertainment.

BEWARE this place is not what you see online. SEE PICS BELOW. It was gross almost didn't stay, we're exhausted. Thank God I bring my own stuff. The handle to the toilet broke off and they had someone come in the room at 8:00pm with 2 small children to almost 9:00 pm to fix it. I WAS CHARGED $10 FOR A WASH RAG THAT I DIDN'T USE. I BRING MY OWN FOR SANITARY REASONS. Imagine if this happens to every guest? Hmm I'll be getting in touch with Trip, HJ and Wyndham.

Sadly the room, particularly the bathroom, was not clean. There was so much untended grit in the bathtub/shower we hadn’t noticed at first that we left in the morning without using it, preferring to wait, despite being uncomfortable, for our next hotel stop. While we have other complaints, this was the most egregious. Thank you.

This hotel was clean and the customer service was friendly upon checking in and during the stay. However, checking out the young lady wasn't so pleasant & friendly. Very cold it could be it was too early in the morning, which is totally understandable. The rooms were beautiful with the updated decor. I will definitely stay here again.

When we got there, we went to open the room door and found that someone was already in there! We woke up some poor man who came to the door in his underwear at 10pm! The hotel double booked somehow. Then the room we got smelled bad and was not the cleanest. Pretty sure there was blood on the bathroom baseboard. We were happy to be out of there. You get what you pay for I guess. We will not be staying there again.

Staff was great. This review is not pointed at the staff. They were very nice and helpful. Hotel is very outdated. Reminds me more of a motel. Bedrooms very outdated but clean. The bathrooms were not great. Counter top was very old and stained. The bath tub had silicone caked around the fixtures and the tub. The floors looks gross and we would not walk on them. Looks like bathrooms have not been updated in 20+ years. I wont return to this hotel unless all other options are taken and even then I may chooses to drive the almost 2 hours t9 stay at home. I would rather pay double and stay somewhere else.

Quality of the hotel but overall the room was clean amd decent enough for a brief overnight stay
