Everything was fine, only the air conditioning in the restaurant was very strong.

Love staying at The Alfond. Beautiful place the staff from valley to housekeeping amazing service. We love Ian in front desk who has taken amazing care of us since our first visit. Both the Cafe (brunch & after 3pm pastries are delish. Hamilton Kitchen (Samuel, Keeani & Neya) isgreat for brunch & Dinner.

Very nice setting and comfortable room. Common areas were beautifully decorated  Staff was great all around, and the location was convenient to Park Avenue. Everyone from the front desk to the parking staff were pleasant. Complimentary water and espresso were great touches.

Horrible experience. I requested to leave my car in valet for less than 5 minutes they said sure just leave your keys in it. I left the car running as I knew I would not be long with her getting checked in. I was helping my grandmother get checked in and was going to leave as soon as they finished check in and I look over and see my vehicle was leaving.  When I went to ask where my car was, they said they valeted it.   I was not even staying at the resort. I asked for my car to be returned and I guess my situation was humorous to them as they were laughing at me. They said they had to move cars for room but the Land Rover and Mercedes that were parked there prior to my arrival were still parked there and there were no other cars in loop.
