Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hotel Engemann Kurve. Our €650 payment was a waste. Malfunctioning facilities, lackluster service, and an unprofessional response to our concerns., and the unresponsive reception left us frustrated. Not recommended.

Our stay at Hotel Engemann Kurve was a disaster. Non-functional amenities, a pervasive odor, and an unresponsive reception – a trifecta of disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone. Paid €650 for amenities that were not operational, a room that stank, and staff that did not respond to our concerns. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Perfect place for a ski vacation, you have all the amenities needed for this and more. The hotel is close to the city center and to the ski slopes. The atmosphere is great, the staff is super nice, and the food is tasty. Would definitely come back here again.

Nice big room, clean bathroom. The employees were really friendly. Location was great. Sound isolation could be better. Beds were soso... Value for money: it was expensive for outside the vacation period.

The hotel is on all levels top. Breakfast, dinner, drinks. The rooms are very comfortable and the service perfect. They do all effort to make the vacation one to remember. I only can recommend this hotel.

Ein schönes, sauberes Zimmer, sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter, ein leckeres Frühstück. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit Sauna zu nutzen, sah aber auch gut aus. Genügend Parkplätze direkt am Haus und zentral gelegen. Insgesamt zwei angenehme Tage.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig noch ein Zimmer bekommen. Das war im wesentlichen dem Engagement des Concierge zu verdanken :-). Der Rest war einfach schön. Das Frühstück war auch genauso wie man es sich vorstellt. Wir kommen wieder!!! kleiner Tipp: der Parkplatz bei Frost muss gestreut werden. War beim einladen der Koffer etwas abenteuerlich

Heerlijk verblijf op een goede locatie, wij hebben genoten! Was samen met mijn dochter van 13. Zo op loopafstand van de skilift en skiverhuur. Vriendelijk personeel. Een goede uitvalsbasis om Winterberg en de omgeving te ontdekken.

Uitstekende service. Vriendelijke onthaal. Grote bedden, comfortabele matrassen. Mooie doucheruimte. Aparte zithoek met salontafel. Ik voelde direct op gemak in deze kamer. Goede geluidsisolatie. Ik heb elke nacht fantastisch geslapen. Op tien minuten wandelafstand tot skipiste. Gratis parkeren in het centrum van Winterberg. Volgend jaar kom ik terug.
