The place is spacious and cozy, with a modern design. The bathroom is quite large and includes a handrail next to the toilet, which is very suitable for elderly residents who need assistance. The bedroom is equipped with several call bells that allow residents to easily seek help from staff if they feel unwell — a thoughtful feature for the elderly. The bed is soft.

Lovely hotel but the service levels are appalling.
Booked 4 rooms to be told by the most unhelpful man at reception that we’d only booked two rooms, didn’t try and help, just repeated the same thing over and over again.
Same at the bar, took an age to be served.

We had a fantastic family stay at the Hilton Woking – the rooms were modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
