Place smelt like a hospital. Girl behind reception was rude. Paid for parking spot then when got back that night no spots were available. Called customer service after hours to be advised there was nothing they could do to help & I'd have to work it out for myself. Highly disappointed.

The guy at the reception was very helpful and patient, helping me organize my Uber ride. The breakfast was really tasty and helped me attend the church next door! I had all that I needed in the apartment for a comfortable night's stay. Thanks.

It was a very nice place to stay at! Although they did not advertise that there will be construction and we got given the closest room to it, so all the drillings were heard just PERFECTLY :(

Located conveniently next to the train station and smacked bang in the middle of the city. Facility is quite old but it was well kept and very clean. The only negative thing is that there’s no swimming pool. Or maybe it’s under renovation. Only one lift and it’s slow Otherwise, great stay

The rooms are clean and close to many amenities, shops, etc.

This property is located close to train station and is a 10 min walk into town. Great staff. Rooms are spacious though a bit dated. The amenities are OK. However, kitchen utensils definitely need an upgrade.
