Do not use the hotel or trip advisor. Hotel smell was so bad that we could not stay there. Trip.com was unable to get me a refund. Next time I will use a better travel site.

Room DID NOT match the picture!!! Was like sleeping in a closet! Terrible will NEVER stay here again! “Full Bed” is nothing more than a TWIN BED! STOP LYING ON YOUR SITE!

No breakfast at all. The hotel reception service is terrible. They even violently took away the room card and asked us to leave. He also slandered the Chinese people. It was difficult to negotiate because I didn't understand English. Otherwise, call the police.

Check in was terrible, they charge a $100 deposit and their machine wasn’t working so he charged my debit card like a credit card so they will hold my money for a week, the window to the room lock was broken on the ground floor so and window could be opened from outside, they had questionable people with ski masks on walking around really late, was told I would have a noon checkout being that I didn’t get there until 1 AM only to be called at 10:45 to check out

Booked a room for 4 people. Got there and besides the place resembling a motel, room and beds were way too small for 4 of us. Only room for 2. They said they didn’t have any bigger rooms/ beds and couldn’t give me a refund because I booked with *******. Asked me to speak w/ manager in the morning. So I stayed 1 night but wife & 1 kid went home. In the morning, the manager wouldn’t come out to talk to me, sent an employee to give me the same story. Can’t help me. I had to go back and forth with ******* and the hotel about who could cancel the booking and refund me the remainder. Finally ******* gave me a “courtesy” refund but apparently I could have been totally screwed. Terrible experience. And they don’t serve free breakfast as advertised.
