Staff was away and there was no one to check on with when I arrived. There were several other people standing around waiting to get their room changed because of foul odors in the room. After check in the power went out for about an hour. No offer was made to correct the issues.

Room was not cleaned properly. There was stuff on the floor that hadn't been vacuumed up and in the bathroom. The floors hadn't been swept.

The breakfast has nothing. Just waffle, corn flakes with a watery coffee. The front desk even boasted this as continental breakfast 😟

Orange juice for breakfast was mostly water. No biscuits and gravy, no eggs. Were glad to have the waffles.

Not so good Air conditioner ridiculously loud; staff during the morning didn't care it even do their job; locks on room main door didn't function properly. Nice bed and pillows. Shower head is 5'.

Nice convenient place to stay the night before catching a flight out of Sacramento airport, which is just a short, quick jaunt down I-5. Staff very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and LARGE!

Clean room but bathroom needs a remodel. Caulking missing floor tiles broken. I did like the size of the room and the layout.

We were able to park practically in front of our door. The toilet paper was not mounted in the wall (no pin).
