The place is well kept and quiete. Front desk is Check in is a breeze. I was impressed that the rooms look just like the pictures

Clean but oddly there is a jacuzzi tub with 2 water knobs removed so the guest won’t be able to use it which is taking up 1/3 of room space.!?!?
Anyway for the price we paid for the room - just for sleeping, it’s acceptable!

I checked in late at 2am exactly, it was nice that the front desk was able to check me in that late. I felt bad cause he had to wake up. The room was clean. The towels to dry yourself after show are very thin and a lil small. I did got hot water. Also, there is no wifi capabilities I think: also, beware there was almost no wall plugs in. You do get a call before check out to warn you that you of your check out time. 3/5 experience. Probably won’t come here again due to lack of wall plugs ins.

room is clean and spacious. the toilet though got clogged on 2nd use. The staff is not friendly on check in.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is so clean and beds are comfortable.
Location is great with plenty of food choices and things to do nearby.
I will definitely visit this hotel again.

I had some car problems that required me to stay at the Journey Inn unexpectedly. I was very pleased with the management and the room itself was cute, decorated with pictures of Wodland and large enough to have a little seating area and a fridge. I appreciated the stay.

The room was very clean with laminate flooring.
Unfortunately the internet did not work so if you need internet do not stay there. The manager had to give me a password for the Admin network.

The housekeeping crew at this property are amazing. The front desk staff guy on the other hand is very very unpleasant to deal with. He doesn't look like he appreciates any business or his housekeeping crew. If you end up staying here just be aware.
