Reviews of Best Western Plus Woodstock Inn Suites

While my room was clean and average and breakfast was basic but OK, it was the front desk service that I found most off-putting. The young lady who checked me in was very officious and inflexible. When I asked for only one key, she said that the system forces me to have two. Later, there was a problem having a phone call from my wife sent through to my room. I always email my room number to my wife upon checking in and she later calls me on the hotel room phone. By having my room number in advance, the hotel knows that she is a known and wanted caller. This same front desk lady refused to connect the call, first claiming that it was hotel policy (not to allow calls to a room?) as protection in "toxic relationships", then (to me) admitting that she didn't know how to connect such an outside call. Her lack of training is management's fault. Her attitude is something management address.

We stay at this motel often when visiting family in the area. We love the personnel, the breakfast and the location, we are looking forward to the renovations this fall

Just 2 minutes away from our game location, friendly staff and easy to navigate

We really like this BW location, since we have stayed there, alone with other family members, several times in the last few years, The only thing that was an irritant for us and our other family members was the pillows on the beds, which were hard to get comfortable with and were not easy to get a good nights sleep.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They placed us right across the hall from the laundry as requested. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. Kitchen staff were friendly and kept items well stocked and tables cleaned. Check in was quick and easy. Lightning in our bathroom was very good. Bed was comfortable. The only thing lacking was cleaning in the elevator and hallways .over all a good stay. We would stay there again.

Very clean, quiet, convenient location, room was good, nice breakfast with lots of seating

Very friendly Helpful Enjoyed our stay Will highly recommend

So far okay just the breakfast isn’t that good

The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up. The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

Great hotel :-)
