PA Apartments

I lost a towel from this hotel that meant a lot to me, given to me by my grandmother when I was a child. Due to my negligence, I left it on the bed when I checked out. Although we told the management on the afternoon of the day we checked out, they agreed to look for us. But I don't think they got a response from the cleaning company. All in all, I felt very frustrated after waiting for half a month. This is the great regret of our trip. Guests are also reminded to bring their belongings when checking out. Finally, I would like to say that the refrigerator of this room type operates loudly, which will disturb the rest at night.

I really couldn't fault my spacious, lovely, clean, bright, quiet apartment. My expectations were well & truly exceeded. A short walk to the hospital and Buranda Village Shopping Center. The train station is also extremely close. Pam made me feel so welcome. I had a kidney transplant and she gave me a much needed hug on arrival. This will definitely be my go to choice whenever I visit Brisbane in future.

Clean, comfortable and secure parking. Management Team certainly know how to make people feel welcome and they do everything possible to make it a great stay. Yes - we will definitely stay there again - nice and central to facilities/shops too.

Good, quiet and convenient location with secure car park. Friendly staff and there was 24hr security around the premises. Near to woolsworth supermarket and various eateries. Hotel provides toiletries but you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. I don't mind staying there again but will book a bigger room with full kitchen.

We stayed in a studio apartment for a very reasonable price. Impeccably clean, comfortable king size bed albeit in a compact space. All that was required for an overnight stay. Would also recommend location & undercover secure parking. Not only close to PA but convenient for Green Slopes Hospital where last time the local accom was terrible. Short walk to Buranda shopping centre with a plethora of cafe/take aways & a Woolworths supermarket. Longer stays also available & we would seriously consider an apartment for this. Additional bedside light would be good & really not sure about the "soap". Maybe it is the water, but zero lather. Other toiletries from the same brand were excellent..
